Mulberry 'Black'

Mulberry ‘Black’ (Morus nigra) is a hardy deciduous fruit tree grown for its sweet, juicy dark purple to black berries in season.

Growing to around 6–10m tall and wide if left unpruned, it is ideal as a productive shade tree, feature tree or addition to edible gardens and home orchards. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil, and prune as needed to maintain size, shape and easier harvesting.
