Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn garments into their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
