Voodoo Lily / Snake Plant (Amorphophallus bulbifer)

Voodoo Lily, also known as Snake Plant, is an unusual and striking plant with a large, mottled stem and a single dark maroon to purple spathe that blooms in spring. Growing up to 1 m tall, it’s perfect for adding an exotic touch to garden beds or as a conversation piece in containers. This tropical plant thrives in full to partial shade and prefers well-drained, humus-rich soil. It is a low-maintenance plant that dies back in winter, returning with dramatic growth each year.
