Jambinu Zest (Chamelaucium hybrida)

Tucker Bush ‘Jambinu Zest’ (Chamelaucium hybrida) is a compact, aromatic native shrub grown for its fine foliage and edible, citrus-flavoured leaves often used as a bushfood seasoning. It typically reaches around 1–1.5 metres in height and width, making it ideal for kitchen gardens, native borders, or container planting. This hardy plant also produces delicate waxflower blooms, adding ornamental appeal alongside its culinary use.
