Native Mint Bush 'Cool Mint™' (Prostanthera cuneatus)

Native Mint Bush Cool Mint™ (Prostanthera cuneata) is an aromatic Australian native shrub with strongly mint-scented leaves that can be used in cooking, teas, desserts, and savoury dishes for a fresh mint flavour. It grows to about 1 m high and wide, producing masses of small white flowers. Best grown in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil. Light pruning after flowering will help maintain its neat, rounded shape. Once established, it’s drought-tolerant and can handle light frost.
