Jackfruit Malay

Jakfruit Malay, commonly known as Cempedak or Chempedak in Malay, is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, particularly found in Malaysia and Indonesia. It is closely related to the more widely known jackfruit but is smaller in size. The fruit has a spiky, greenish-yellow skin when ripe, and inside, it contains soft, golden-yellow pods that encase edible seeds. \nThe flesh of Jakfruit Malay is sweet and fragrant, with a texture that is both creamy and slightly fibrous.
