Dwarf Chalk Sticks (Senecio serpens)

Senecio serpens has narrow, finger‑like fleshy leaves in a soft blue‑grey or silvery‑blue hue that give it a powdery, chalky appearance. It stays low‑growing, usually reaching about 15–30 cm tall and spreading 30–60 cm wide, forming a dense, spreading carpet. The plant thrives in full sun or part shade. It is very drought tolerant. Senecio serpens brings cool, subtle colour and a neat groundcover look to rock gardens, containers or dry landscapes.
