Chilli ‘Sriracha’ 140mm Pot
Chilli ‘Sriracha’ is a vigorous, high-yielding variety bred for the smooth heat and bright flavour associated with classic sriracha sauce. Plants grow to around 50 cm tall with a spread of 30 cm, forming sturdy, upright bushes. The fruit is long, glossy and deep green before ripening to vibrant red, offering a medium heat that is warm without being harsh. In most Australian regions, plants begin to set fruit about 10–12 weeks after planting, with harvests typically starting in early to mid-summer. Consistent warmth and regular picking will keep the plant producing well into autumn.
Supplied in a 140mm pot.
